Hotel Policies
The Pine Tavern Lodge is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
In the unlikely event you must cancel with less than 3 (three) days’ notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s) a full or partial refund will be made
Rates/policies are subject to change and may vary during high-impact periods and with special requests. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, for some holidays, and for special events.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Guest credit cards on file will be charged $200 for violating the NO SMOKING INSIDE policy.
Guests will also be subject to additional charges for having pets in non-pet-friendly rooms and any property damage.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
We operate as GREEN as possible and do not change bed sheets and towels daily. We will change on the third day of your visit or upon your request. Please hang your towels.
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Quiet hours are maintained between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Pet Policies
We have 2 (two) pet-friendly suites and a pet-friendly cottage.
There is an additional $10 per pet per night charge.
No pets are allowed in the office. If you have booked a pet-friendly space please be respectful of other guests. Clean up after your pet. Do not leave pets alone for long periods of time. Please CRATE your pet when left alone. All dogs must be on a leash while on the property.
